At Etrim Carpet, we place great importance on customer satisfaction, as all our products are handmade and custom-made. We carefully package your ordered products to ensure they reach you without any damage or defects.
However, returns are only accepted for damaged or defective products. If you receive a damaged product, please contact us within 3 days of delivery to request a return.
Return Process:
To initiate a return request, please send an email to info@etrimhali.com.tr with your order number and photos of the damaged product.
Once your request is approved, you must return the product in its original packaging and in complete condition.
All shipping costs for returning damaged products will be covered by our company.
After we receive and verify the damage, we will process either a refund or a replacement.
Free Shipping & Delivery:
Domestic shipments: Delivered free of charge via Yurtiçi Kargo.
International shipments: Delivered free of charge via DHL.
Custom-made orders: Production time and delivery details will be communicated to the customer at the time of ordering.
